Report on Waltham Forest Mini League Gala held on 13th September at Walthamstow Pool

We came 4th in this mini league gala, with some good PB’s and quite a few time faults! Three swimmers did not turn up on the day – so some quick changes had to be made at the last minute. Particular thanks to Grace, Aaron, Jake and Huxley who had all swum in a gala on the previous day as well. And to Chelsea, Alina, and Christophe for helping poolside.
Time Faults went to Lotte 25m back, Girls 10 and under freestyle relay, Gemma 50m fly, Huxley 50m freestyle, Grace 25m Fly and Laure-Alizee 25m freestyle. This is because you all swam faster than we thought you would!
1st Places to
Girls 4 x 25m Medley – LaureAlizee, Mathilda, Jessica S and mystery swimmer!
Mixed 12 and under 8 x 50m relay – Gemma, Erwann, Lotte, Huxley, Grace, Jake, Alex, Harry
2nd Places to
Alex – 50m fly
Boys 10 and under 4 x 25m relay – Aaron, James, Isaac, Louis
Jake – 50m Fly

3rd Places to:
