British Swimming today announced the appointment of Michael Scott as a High Performance Consultant.
Scott, a 51-year-old Australian, has been involved in swimming for a large part of his life, has a wealth of experience in high performance sport and most recently was Chief Executive of the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, March 2007.

Following his decision to stand down as National Performance Director for British Swimming, Bill Sweetenham commented:
